> Raffle winner drawn.
> Tournaments on Lake Ontario may be on hold due to high water conditions (Irondequoit Bay and Sodus Bay are idle-only
500 feet from shore); tournament committee will review and advise of changes; debris has been reportedly widespread in Lake
Ontario; if nothing changes, schedule may need to be altered.
> Live Draw discussion. Todd Ceisner gave presentation on how to use PayPal to send payments to club account. Todd
will prep a FAQ/step-by-step process and post on club FB page.
> Battle of the Border review. 54 boats. Parking was maxed out at Safe Harbor. Everything went smooth as far as launching/loading/blast
off and weigh-in.
> Safe Harbor Upgrades/Issues. Pat Schlosser was at the ramp this past Saturday and noted several little things could
present larger problems in long term. He outlined issues with launching and height of concrete walkways preventing people
from being able to exit vehicle without hitting door on walkway. Pitch of ramp isn’t as deep as expected. We pulled
up a photo on the web and pointed out where more issues may arise, such as turn-around area and handicap spots interfering
with turning radius.
> NYS B.A.S.S. Nation Federation opener is at Lake Erie (Safe Harbor) on Father';s Day.
> Club has been authorized to use dock by Charlie's Boat Yard for tournaments (Wed night, etc.)
> New tournament bags (Bass Mafia) were delivered to Scott Callen. Club bought 10 at $17.50 each. Proceeds from Border
War will be used to pay for them.
> New member: Sean Olejniczak (moved from North Carolina; anxious to get out on area lakes)
> With Gander Mountain location likely closing permanently, club needs to explore options for meeting venue. Suggestions
include: Doc Sullivan's (Abbott Rd.), VFW Lamm Post (Wehrle Dr. Williamsville), Rocky's (Eastern Hills Mall), Great Lakes
Pizza (West Seneca), additional suggestions can be added to club Facebook page.
> Military event. Has been moved to fall 2017 (Sept. 17). Bills are on road that weekend. Launch site is TBA based
on conditions. Scott Called has secured $500 from his union to cover costs; NFAFB has committed to provide funds for gas cards.
Dan Sank will run event.
> oe Kugel announced he has a reel for sale along with ned rig jigs and football heads.
> Motion to adjourn. Approved.
